To strengthen our organization and take on the many new and large projects in the years ahead, we are looking for a committed and experienced Project Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring that our projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with current standards. Furthermore, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring that projects are delivered with high quality and all deadlines are met.
As a Project Coordinator with us, you will be responsible for the overall planning and coordination of projects. You will also lead meetings and prepare all necessary reports. This position plays a central role in ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.
This means you must be able to organize and lead teams to deliver on commitments, as well as identify and resolve challenges to ensure that all project deadlines are met.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience as a Project Coordinator or a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Experience with and interest in using various digital tools in daily work

A positive and responsible attitude toward health, safety, and the environment (HSE)

Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
